Propolis is created by bees using beeswax, enzymes, and resins collected from poplar buds or other botanical sources. Bees use raw Propolis as a natural sealant to protect the hive from bacteria.
Propolis has traditionally been used in Western Naturopathic Medicine to relieve mouth irritation and symptoms of mild mouth ulcers. It also supports healthy immune system function and general wellbeing.
